Al-Daleel Institution publishes a book titled: The New Darwinism and the Islamic Theology

Al-Daleel Institution for Doctrinal Studies and Research, associated to the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has published a book titled: The New Darwinism and the Islamic Theology, by Dr. Fakhrual-Deen Tabatabaei.

This book discusses the premises of the Theory of Evolution in its Dawkins’ version from the viewpoint of Islamic philosophy. The author of the book concludes that this theory cannot be considered a good reason for atheism. Besides, he touched on the failure of Dawkins and his followers in distinguishing between scientific and philosophical questions.

The book may be of benefit to intellectuals, academics, and those interested in the theory of evolution as well.

The head of the Public Relations and Information Division, Sayyid Hussein Ali al-Hashemi, says: “This book and other new publications are now available in the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine Library in Qom, Nashiran Complex.” He says: “the new publications will be available soon in Holy Karbala and Holy Najaf.”
